Rules For Parents

In modern times the school has become the most important agency for formal education that wields a powerful influence on children moulding their personalities. Both teachers and parents are equally responsible for the education of the child, so maximum co-operation between the two, is desired to secure all that is the best in the interest of your wards, so parents are requested to follow all the instructions mentioned below and co-operate us to the utmost in the smooth functioning of the whole system

• Parents and Guardians are requested to visit the school/office as per fixed schedule mentioned in the schedule book
• Parents/Guardians must have their I.D. cards for entry in the campus duly issued from the gatekeeper
• Parents/Guardians are requested to attend PTM/Gatherings/Functions etc in very urgent and necessary way by reaching well in time and leave the campus only after the dispersal of all doubts
• All type of complaints/suggestions from parents should be very clear and logical
• Parents can discuss all type of problems related to their wards progress only in P.T.A. meetings only
• Parents are requested not to visit school to take their wards for marketing, medical  check-up or any other purpose as it creates disturbance  during school hours.  Such parents are requested not to send their wards in school on that day and  send their leave application for such purpose, so that other students should not  be disturbed in the class
• For any type of leave from the school, prior application with proof of reason for leave is must for every student Otherwise a fine of rupees 5/- per day will be charged. In case of a long absence more than one week, the name of the child will be struck off from the school
• Attention of the parents is drawn to the fact that criticism of school staff/teacher in presence of the child causes the child to lose his/her respect for the teacher and will retard his progress and discipline
• Parents should understand the fact the teachers/administrative staff may be strict with their wards as it is only in the interest of the student and to bring him/ her on the right path in future
• Parents/Guardians must not enter in the classroom/personal rooms/ office to see their wards/ teachers. They can only meet them on PTA meetings
• No interference is expected /permitted in internal systems Academic Examination,,  Financial, Teaching Policy and all other internal activities of the school
• All information/notice/test reports and all other correspondence should be properly read and followed by the parents. Parents should send the acknowledged response in writing in the diary well in time
• Parents are requested to deposit all types of dues well in time at the school Fee counter. In case of any delay one should contact to school office immediately or the name of their ward will be struck off
• Fee once deposited is neither refundable nor adjustable at any cost
• Do not give cash or valuable items to the wards
• It is necessary for the students to bring complete and required books, notebooks and required stationary in the school daily. 
• Students should be in proper and approved uniform/outfits with neat and tidy  looks
• Don't send any unregistered brother/sister/friend or relative with your wards. This is strictly banned.
• Parents must check and sign the diary of their wards daily
• Roaming in school campus and use of cell phone is strictly banned.
• It is compulsory for every student to speak in English in the school campus and in the school bus.
